PThU performs well in the National Student Survey 2026

1 June 2026

Almost three-quarters of students in higher professional education and research universities are satisfied with the programme they are enrolled in. This is evident from the results of the National Student Survey (NSE) 2026, completed by more than 248,000 students. Student satisfaction therefore remains high. How do our students compare?

Strong results for the PThU

Our new Bachelor’s students awarded an impressive 4.8 out of 5 for overall satisfaction. This is excellent news! It is a great compliment to all colleagues who worked so hard to shape and develop this new Bachelor’s programme. It is also a tribute to this highly motivated group of students.

Our Master’s programmes also performed well. The one-year International Master of Theology received a score of 4.1, while the Dutch three-year Master Theologie Gemeentepredikant received a 3.9. Various aspects of the programmes, including preparation for professional practice, engagement, atmosphere, teaching staff, and academic guidance, scored above 4.0. This indicates that the adjustments made to the programmes are beginning to bear fruit and that we are on the right track.
