Rate

The rate for attending the conference is €  375.

Pastors within the Protestant Church in the Netherlands may be able to claim the conference fee from the Protestant Church if they still have PE budget. For more information see:  studielast en kosten permanente educatie.

Registration does not include lodging.

Refund policy

Cancellations are subject to a service fee of 30% of the registration rate. If you cancel by October 1, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus the service fee. No refunds will be made after October 2, 2026. All requests must be made in writing.
