Conference 2013: Calvinism and law
The tenth biennial international IRTI conference was held from Tuesday, July 2 until Sunday, July 7, 2013 in Sárospatak (Hungary). The Sárospatak Reformed Theological Academy (SRTA), a higher education institution of the Reformed Church of Hungary, founded in 1531, was our host.

About the theme

The theme of the conference was ‘Calvinism and Law’, divided into the following subthemes: Calvinism and Church Law, Calvinism and Democracy and Calvinism and Ethics. The question of the relation of law to fall (sin) and to redemption (salvation) was pivotal in each of the three subthemes of the conference.
